box2pack, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide high-quality packaging products, including paper bags, plastic carrier bags, paper kraft lids, soup cup paper lids, takeaway kraft boxes, gastro containers, chips boxes, and food dividers. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us at amir.yusefi@yahoo.com within 14 days of receiving your items.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used food packaging items or products that have been opened, damaged, or contaminated after delivery.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, faulty, or damaged. After we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process your refund to the original payment method where applicable.
